3

Handicapping will be on a match by match basis decided by the KO Handicap Committee.

4

The handicap will be sent to the Home team in a sealed envelope which will be opened in

the presence of both teams following completion of the match. The handicap will be added to the relevant score to determine the match winners.

5

The handicap will be based on the strongest team known to the KO Handicap Secretary.

Any alteration to the team must be notified to the KO Handicap Secretary. Failure to do so may result in elimination at the discretion of the Handicap Committee.

6

In the event of a tie, the match will be determined by the toss of a coin. If the final is tied, it will be shared by both clubs who will each hold the trophy for 6 months.

7

The Home team will be given 7 days to offer 3 dates to the Away team. The Away team must respond to the offer within 7 days. Failing to receive an offer from the Home team, the Away team may offer 3 dates of their own.

Rounds must be completed by the date given on the tournament draw.

9

The draw will be made by the league committee. If sufficient teams enter (8 or more), a 'B' draw will be made. Clubs who have 'C' or 'D' teams etc, will have those teams added to the 'B' draw. If there are insufficient 'B' teams, these will be added to the main draw.

10

Teams will be automatically entered into the Mixed KO events. Entry into other events is optional.

All matches to be played under normal league rules.

14

If a match cannot be completed in order for the handicap to be adjusted for an incomplete match, at least 16 of the 18 games for 6's, or 10 out of the 12 games for 4's, must be played. If this is not the case, the match should be replayed at a mutually convenient time. If this cannot be arranged, then it must be referred to the KO Handicap Committee.

NOTE

There is no rule as to the sharing of court costs. However, it is suggested that these costs are shared and that this is agreed at the time of making the arrangement.
