Team Handicap Knockout Tournaments 2026/27 |
The team handicap knockout competitions are played each year and based on the standard Mixed 4 and Mixed 6 format.
All clubs in the league take part and are automatically entered into the draw. The matches are played with each pair playing 2 games to 21 points with no setting. The winner being decided on a 'total points won' count up at the end of the match and then subtracting or adding the handicap.The handicap committee meet to decide on a points handicap to apply to the strongest team. The size of the handicap can change depending on the players taking part.
The trophies are presented to the winners on the Tournament Finals night.
